cumi Terms of Use

When you open an account on cumi, you agree to these terms governing how we operate our platform, how you deposit and withdraw funds, and how disputes are resolved. Our terms apply to all users across our Liga 1 sportsbook, live-dealer games, slots, and esports markets, regardless of which payment method you choose—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank virtual accounts from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet.

We operate cumi only in jurisdictions where our service is legally permitted. By registering an account, you confirm that you have verified the legality of your access in your own location and that you meet all eligibility requirements under applicable law. Services on cumi are available only where local law permits.

These terms are updated periodically. We notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of cumi after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account opening and our eligibility requirements

When you join cumi, we require your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and proof of address. All information must be accurate and verifiable. We use this data for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which is required under anti-money-laundering law. During your first withdrawal, we verify your identity documents (government ID, passport, or national ID card) and cross-check them with your registered information.

You may not open a cumi account if you are younger than the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if you lack legal capacity to enter contracts, or if you are barred by law from wagering or gaming in your location. You are responsible for confirming that you meet all eligibility requirements before registration. If we discover that an account holder does not meet eligibility criteria, we close the account immediately and return any balance to the original payment method.

One account per person

We permit only one active account per individual. If we detect multiple accounts opened by the same person, we may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit their balances.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or allow others to use your account. You are responsible for all activity under your username and password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately via the Help button on cumi.

Our deposit and withdrawal policy

Deposits to your cumi account are processed via our supported channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and virtual accounts from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; we display these limits at the deposit screen. Deposits are typically verified within seconds for e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfers, though timing may extend during high-traffic periods or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek).

Withdrawals return to the payment method you used for your most recent deposit. If you wish to withdraw to a different method, you may request a change through Account > Withdrawal Settings; some changes may require additional verification. We process all withdrawal requests without unnecessary delay, subject to standard anti-fraud checks. We do not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines; settlement depends on your bank's processing speed and payment processor availability. During holidays or weekends, processing windows extend.

  • E-wallet deposits: Verified within seconds in most cases. Balance available immediately in your cumi account.
  • Bank virtual accounts: You receive a unique account number per deposit method. Transfer from your own bank anytime. Verification typically completes within one business day.
  • mobile banking: Works with any bank app. Verification depends on your bank; typically subject to verification to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals: Subject to KYC verification on first request. Subsequent withdrawals are processed according to our standard timelines, which we do not publicly specify as exact minutes or hours.

Our bonus terms and promotional offers

We may offer promotional bonuses to new or existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms (rollover requirements, game restrictions, expiration dates) which we display before you accept the offer. Bonuses do not convert to real-money withdrawals unless stated explicitly. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify bonus promotions at any time without notice.

Bonus funds are credited separately from your main account balance and can only be used on qualifying games. If you do not complete bonus requirements within the specified period, unused bonus funds expire and are forfeited. We reserve the right to forfeit any bonus if we suspect abuse or violation of these terms.

Dispute resolution and our account restrictions

If you believe a bet settlement was incorrect, a transaction was processed in error, or a game outcome was miscalculated, contact our support team within 30 days. Disputes filed after 30 days are not considered. We investigate disputes within 24 business hours and respond with our findings. If we determine an error occurred on our side, we reverse the transaction or restore your balance. Our dispute decision is final; we do not re-open settled cases.

We may restrict, suspend, or close your cumi account if we detect suspicious activity (fraud, bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, geolocation violation), if you violate these terms, or if we are required by law to do so. Account closure is permanent; we return any remaining balance to your most recent payment method. We do not refund forfeited bonuses or reversed bets due to account violation.

Bonus abuse
We may forfeit bonuses and account balances if we detect unusual patterns (rapid large deposits and withdrawals, use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploitation of glitches).
Geolocation violation
If you access cumi from a jurisdiction where our service is prohibited, we may close your account without notice.
Account verification failure
If you cannot provide valid documents during KYC verification, we close your account and return your balance to your deposit method.

Our liability and your responsibility

cumi operates our platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, third-party payment processor failures, or internet connectivity issues on your end. You are responsible for maintaining a secure connection and for protecting your login credentials.

You acknowledge that betting and gaming carry financial risk. We do not guarantee outcomes, profits, or specific return rates. You alone are responsible for determining whether access to cumi complies with your jurisdiction's laws and for your decision to place bets or wager funds. We make no legal representations regarding the legality of our service in your location. By using cumi, you accept all financial risk and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the platform.

Our data, privacy, and jurisdiction notice

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. All data collected during account opening and gameplay is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. We share information with payment processors and relevant authorities only as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which cumi operates. We do not offer our service in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. If you access cumi from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so unlawfully and at your own legal risk. We recommend consulting a local legal advisor if you are unsure about the legality of your access.

For questions or disputes regarding these terms, contact our support team via the Help button on cumi or visit our FAQ section. We respond to all inquiries within five business days.

Legal and jurisdiction information

We at cumi offer our platform—including Liga 1 sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports markets—only in jurisdictions where such services are legally permitted under applicable law. We do not market cumi to, and we do not knowingly accept accounts from, regions where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by statute. Our registration system includes geolocation checks designed to prevent account creation in restricted areas.

Gaming regulations vary widely across jurisdictions and change frequently. Some regions permit certain types of wagering (e.g., sports betting on Liga 1) while prohibiting others (e.g., live-dealer tables). We make no assertion about which specific jurisdictions are "legal" or "illegal"—that determination is complex and beyond our scope. Instead, we ask all users to verify, before accessing cumi, that their location permits the service they wish to use.

If we detect that a user is accessing cumi from a jurisdiction where our service is not permitted, we may restrict, suspend, or close that account. This is not a punitive action; it reflects a legal compliance obligation. We encourage all users facing access restrictions to consult with local regulatory authorities or legal counsel to clarify their jurisdiction's gaming laws.

We on cumi require all account holders to meet the legal age and capacity requirements of their jurisdiction. These requirements vary—some jurisdictions set the legal age at 18, others at 21 or higher. We do not post a fixed "" requirement across all regions because the actual threshold is determined by local law. Instead, users confirm during registration that they meet their jurisdiction's legal-age requirement.

During account opening, we collect your date of birth and verify it during Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. If we determine that an account holder does not meet the age or legal-capacity requirements of their jurisdiction, we close the account immediately and return any funds to the original payment method. We do not permit accounts held by minors, legally incapacitated persons, or those barred by law from wagering in their region.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet access and to report any unauthorized account creation on cumi immediately. We support law-enforcement and regulatory requests for account data related to suspected underage or unlawful account use. By opening an account on cumi, you represent that you meet all legal eligibility requirements.

We provide cumi on the assumption that all users have independently verified that their access complies with local law. We do not provide legal advice, and we cannot determine for any user whether their jurisdiction permits access to our platform. That responsibility is entirely yours. Before you open an account on cumi or place any bet on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, or any other market, you must verify that such activity is lawful in your location.

If a user accesses cumi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, that user's conduct—not our provision of the service—may violate local law. While we implement technical safeguards to prevent such access, we cannot guarantee non-specific info detection. Users who access cumi unlawfully do so at their own legal risk and assume full responsibility for any legal consequences. We disclaim all liability for any harm, financial loss, or legal action arising from unlawful access.

Some jurisdictions distinguish between different types of wagering and between domestic and offshore platforms. cumi offers multiple categories—sports betting, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports. You must determine which types, if any, are legal in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting a local legal advisor if you are uncertain about the legality of your use of our platform.

When you register on cumi, we collect your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or postal correspondence) for KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. We also collect payment data (e-wallet IDs, bank account numbers, transaction history), gaming activity (games played, stakes wagered, outcomes), device information (IP address, browser type, operating system), and login history for fraud detection and platform security.

Our Privacy Policy sets out in full what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights to access or request deletion. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing. We share KYC and payment information with payment processors (DANA, OVO, BCA, etc.) as necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. We share data with relevant authorities only when required by law (court order, regulatory summons, or law-enforcement request).

All data on cumi is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your account. However, no system is entirely secure. If we detect a data breach affecting your account, we notify you promptly and take steps to mitigate harm. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for logging out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

If you have legal, compliance, or regulatory questions regarding cumi, you may contact us via the channels listed in our Legal Notice page. We maintain an email address for legal and compliance inquiries; we aim to acknowledge all submissions within five business days and to provide substantive responses within 15–30 business days, depending on complexity. For urgent matters, mark your email subject line "LEGAL INQUIRY" to ensure routing to our legal department.

If you wish to file a formal complaint about a transaction, a game settlement, or our service, please provide your account name, transaction or bet ID, date, amount, and a clear description of the issue. Our disputes team investigates all complaints and responds according to timelines set out in our Terms and ConditionsComplaints filed more than 30 days after the incident are not investigated. If your complaint involves a payment processor, we may forward your case to that processor's customer support for joint resolution.

Inquiries and requests from government agencies, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities are handled through our compliance team by separate legal channels. We comply with all lawful requests (court orders, regulatory summons, law-enforcement subpoenas) as required by law. Such inquiries are generally not disclosed to the user unless permitted by applicable law. Response times to official inquiries are determined by legal deadlines and procedural requirements.
